ABOUT THE ROLE

About the Role

You will enhance the digital retail experience by managing and optimizing digital marketing strategies, website operations, and online presence tools. This role ensures alignment with business objectives through data-driven insights, supports website functionality and SEO/SEM optimization, and provides tools and guidance for effective online advertising and local presence management across the EMEA region.

 

Responsibilities:

Digital Marketing 

  • Strategy support - Collaborate with the regional marketing teams, including Digital Enterprise team, to align data analysis with business objectives. Propose actionable improvements based on insights to enhance business performance and customer engagement.

Websites

  • Project management and coordination of Retail EMEA websites:  Provide business case support for website development, ensuring effective planning, agency management, on-time delivery, and achievement of KPIs. Drive continuous improvement by introducing new functionalities, refining content, and monitoring impact metrics.
  • Website rollout support: including dealer onboarding with training and material where required.
  • Website Request Management: Validate, complete, and assign website-related tasks to the appropriate agency or internal colleagues, ensuring timely resolution.
  • SEO and SEM:  Optimize website performance to improve the customer journey and boost organic traffic. Play a proactive role in enhancing local SEO efforts, including keyword optimization, image enhancements, and content updates across blogs and website pages.

Digital Solutions and Tools

  • Presence management: Oversee the local management of online presence using tools such as Yext, ensuring accurate and consistent business information. Provide guidance on Google My Business best practices, respond to customer reviews, and address potential risks to the brand or business.
  • Online advertising support: Collaborate with regional marketing teams to manage paid advertisements effectively. Ensure strategic execution, including bid management, ad copy optimization, and performance monitoring, to achieve campaign objectives.
  • Emerging technologies and trends: Stay informed about emerging digital trends and tools, recommending and implementing innovative solutions to enhance digital effectiveness.

 

 

Qualifications & Experience Required

Education, Master, other certification:

  • Bachelor’s degree Digital Marketing (Preferred).

Experience (years):

  • Minimum of 3 years’ experience in digital marketing, website management, and online advertising role.
  • Familiarity with tools like Yext, Google My Business, analytics platforms and Adobe experience.
  • Proven track record of managing digital projects and delivering results against KPIs.

Technical Skills:

  • Expertise in SEO/SEM best practices and website optimization.
  • Strong understanding of digital tools and platforms for local presence management.
  • Experience in managing and optimizing paid advertising campaigns, including bid strategies, ad copy, and performance tracking.

Languages Skills:

  • Fluency in English (spoken and written) is essential.

Soft/Behavioral Skills:

  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work with different profiles inside and outside of the organisation.
  • Strong analytical skills to interpret data and recommend actionable improvements.
  • Detail-oriented with the ability to meet deadlines and deliver results aligned with KPIs.
  • Ability to create and deliver training materials for website rollout and dealer onboarding.
