Job purpose

 

  • Responsible for all trade marketing activities (creation, development and follow up) in the Netherlands. 
  • Manage national and tailor made campaigns.
  • Participate actively in the sales relation with key customers.
  • Support intensely achievement of objectives in market share, sales and profitability.

 

Main responsibilities / Key result areas :

Marketing tactics

    • In line with the defined strategies and targets
    • Create and manage promotions (sell in; sell out)
    • Order and distribute POS materials, in some cases also develop tailor made materials.
    • Work on loyalty campaigns or programs.
    • Deliver support to the sales teams to promote Bridgestone products.
    • Accountability for the budget.

 

Customer relations

  • Define and coordinate national and local events
  • Visit existing customers on a regular base in a defined area in order to sell and promote our products

 

communication internal/external

  • gather market information and communicate towards the management team
  • attend sales meetings in order to discuss results and strategies
  • communicate new product and service opportunities, special developments, information or feedback gathered through field activity to appropriate company staff
  • contact with sales desk & sales administration

 

Marketing & promotion

  • support promotions, campaigns and incentives
  • communication with marketing department

A first work experience in a commercial position preferably marketing related
