Job purpose:


As the BSEMIA Total Rewards & Analytics function team member and under the supervision of the Total Rewards & Analytics Managers, the Total Rewards & Analytics Analyst  supports  projects within the Total Rewards & Analytics area, and provides input for the successful completion of those projects. This role is will support developing programs to improve performance, engagement and satisfaction of our employees.




Market Analysis / Total Cash Analysis:

  • Define salary ranges based on market data. Use market data to support management with compensation decisions;
  • Based on  internal compensation analysis propose compensation adjustments to support internal equity & market competitiveness;
  • Analyse the competiveness of companies compensation policies vs. market and recommends changes;
  • Support HR & Line managers on compensation topics
  • Collet and submit company compensation data to data providers as and when required

Job Evaluations:

  • Support HRBPs/management in reviewing job descriptions;
  • Use job evaluation methodology to evaluate the jobs for management review and approval;
  • Maintain the Bridgestone Job Catalogue and proposes changes where/if necessary

Annual Performance & Rewards Cycle:

  • Support preparation of communication materials to end-users, managers, etc.
  • Review process and data to continuously improve compensation program design & system set-up.


  • support benefits review / pooling / re-tendering processes by collecting and analyzing relevant data to support decision making;
  • Support  Benefit Manager with designing & rollout of new benefits programs in line with benefits strategy.


  • Review changes required in the program based on feedback.


  • Set up and maintain HR dash board and propose changes as priorities shift
  • Support HR & management  with HR data requirements on an ad hoc basis.





  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or related field (ideally within Human Resources, compensation, benefits and/or organizational development concentration).
  • Demonstrate strong analytical skills, creativity and ability to gather and analyze market data;
  • Expert/advanced proficiency in MS Office Excel, Word and PowerPoint ;
  • Experience with HRIS, power BI applications is a plus;
  • Strong customer service orientation, maintaining a positive, can-do attitude with desire to learn and grow. Focuses on delivering quality products and services;
  • Demonstrate the ability to work well under pressure;
  • Demonstrate well developed communications skills, both verbal and written, necessary to interact in a professional manner and to project a positive image
  • Able to prioritize and manage multiple tasks concurrently.
