Job Purpose:


We are looking for a Power Platform Developer, reporting directly to the Digital Capability Lead. This is an EMIA role, based in Zaventem.

As part of Bridgestone EMIA’s plans to increase its IT capacity and capabilities, we are looking for a Power Platform Developer/ UX UI designer  (Power Apps, Power Automate , …) to work on projects across an EMIA organization with a large footprint. The job requires functional as well as business understanding. You engage with multiple teams, discuss needs with business counterparts, draft implementation options and look for delivery solutions. You ensure harmonization, consistency and maintainability over time. You are a strong team player that can plan and work independently.




• Responsible for analysing and developing new processes and changes to business processes, conducting requirements gathering session and translating them into functional / technical specifications for the relevant applications 

• Perform to develop a variety of interface tasks including design, implementation, documentation, testing, deployment, and troubleshooting, primarily using solution like Power Apps, Microsoft Automate, … 

• Proactively identify and act on opportunities for process improvements. 

• Collaborate effectively with various departments, teams, and staff across the organization to design, configure and implement application. Makes recommendations for solutions or improvements to business processes that can be accomplished through new technology or alternative uses of existing technology 

• Good communicator to different levels of the organization, both IT and business, also out of the company. 

• Participates in quality assurance through product validation and reassessment of existing flows to match evolving market situations. Work closely together with the stream leaders of IT and Business as well as 3rd party implementation partners. 



  • You are a young graduate with an IT Bachelor or Master degree and you have an interest in development 
  • You have basic (academical or working) knowledge of Microsoft Power Platform, SharePoint,Teams … 
  • You have good knowledge of the object-oriented principles/data model tooling
  • You are a team player and can work independently 
  • You are familiar with Office 365 
  • Fluent English is a must, knowledge of any other languages is an asset. 
  • Very good analytical skills. Understand the needs and translate them into technical realization.
