Total Tyre Care is a Bridgestone’s customisable tyre management and maintenance service package that helps fleet managers to maximise their fleet’s performance while minimising costs.
With Total Tyre Care we serve 300K+ vehicles spread over 700+ large fleets with exclusive digitized tyre management solutions. We are in continuous evolution to fine-tune our value proposition and operating models ensuring future profitable growth in a rapidly changing environment.
The business proposition is enabled by local digital systems developed in Europe, such as FleetBridge and Insights, but also global initiatives coordinated from Japan: Toolbox, Tirematics and Basys.

Job purpose
The IT Business Systems Analyst acts as a liaison between the business/end users and IT systems development teams for business needs requiring IT based solutions:
• Responsible for analyzing new processes and changes to business processes, conducting requirements gathering session and translating them into functional / technical specifications for the relevant applications
• Makes recommendations for solutions or improvements to business processes that can be accomplished through new technology or alternative uses of existing technology
• Participates in quality assurance through product validation and reassessment of existing flows to match evolving market situations. Work closely together with the stream leaders of IT and Business as well as 3rd party implementation partners.

• Performs analysis and evaluation of 3rd party products/services for inclusion in the overall architecture
Specialization Note: This role is a blend of Business Analysis and Systems Analysis; programming skills are not required.
Main responsibilities / Key result areas :
• Analysis (80 % of regular daily activity): Providing input to the development of project initiation documents including objectives, scope, approach, estimates, and deliverables, when needed.
Work on a daily basis with the Product Owners to analyze requests and create and/or validate blueprints & detailed specifications (user stories).
• Data analysis (10 % of regular activity):
Support API system integrations initiatives by helping business counterparts in data definition and master data mapping activities
• Quality assurance (10 % of regular daily activity): Validate completeness of integration & UAT scripts, participate to testing.
• Project interaction: Working closely with Project Development teams to understand future project releases, impacts to environment, user functionality and capacity planning for short and long term planning.
• Application lifecycle management: Support the senior IT Solution Architect for TTC in his mission of system design / guardian of Core set up following best industry practices

Required capabilities
• You are able to think conceptually and you have a high level of general analytical skills in an IT environment
• You gather over time a good business understanding and are able to communicate with both technical counterparts as well as business management

• You are able to learn quickly plus you embrace change as part of today’s business and IT reality

• Master’s degree or equivalent through experience in Computer Science, Business Information Systems, Information Technology or Computer Engineering or equivalent work experience
• 3+ years of experience in application analysis/development that directly aligns with the specific responsibilities for this position.
• Experience with working with on shore / off shore operations / support Teams
• Familiar with Agile development (Scrum)
• Familiar with Azure Cloud environments
• Knowledge of system integration (Web service API) is a Plus
