Job purpose
Located within the strategic TTC solutions department, the Fleet Operations Controller plays an instrumental role in executing the agreed TTC Solutions contracts. He/she is in charge of implementing the agreed contract in all BS systems, in close coordination and alignment with 3 main partners (the fleet customer, the service partners and the Key account manager). During the life of the contract, he/she is the main contact window with these 3 partners to ensure a proper fleet satisfaction, proper execution and to manage the financial delivery as per plan. The fleet operations controller is in charge of following up the financial performance and driving the improvement actions of the various partners. As many contracts have an international scope, he/she needs to coordinate closely with the TTC solution HQ and other regions.
