Job purpose


You will be member of the Center of Excellence (CoE) of Talent Acquisition, Learning & Development and  Performance Management.  You will report directly to the CoE Leader, with whom you share the entire responsibility of the Talent Acquisition scope.


As such, you will contribute to design, launch and continuously improve the Talent Acquisition strategy, process and tools in order to ensure all recruiters & hiring managers are able to attract the best talents to meet our business goals. To do so, you will proactively partner with all the business stakeholders to understand the business requirement and deliver the proper solutions and initiatives.  Your Key Stakeholders are the HR Value Stream Leaders. They are in charge of


As Center of Excellence, recruiting yourself is not one of your core mission but you may be involved into some specific end-2-end recruitments for some positions. This would allow you to experience yourself the processes & tools owned by your department.




3 main focus points…

  •  You will be in charge of generating a change of mindset in our recruitment culture : switching  from “reactive sourcing” to “ proactive sourcing”, activating Talent pipelines & pools for critical business areas.
  • You will partner with Internal Communication and Marketing teams to support the design and to implement a social media recruitment strategy and build Employer Brand awareness with creative & cost efficient methods.
  • You will assess how our Talent Acquisition funnel is promoting diversity in the organization and you will propose & drive any initiatives to further improve.

  • Based on your previous experience and benchmarking, you will contribute to design, launch, roll-out and continuously improve the Talent Acquisition strategy (Policy), processes and tools in order to meet Business Requirements. Accordingly, you will define and follow-up some key metrics to monitor progress.
  • Optimizing our resources (People, Process & Tools), you will design & set up the best possible Persona Journey for our candidates, hiring managers & recruiters.
  • You will support the HR Value Stream Leader building the training content related to recruitment, in order to ensure he/she (HRVSL) can properly train Recruiters & Hiring Managers to meet our goals and quality standards.
  • Partnering with one HR Value Stream Leader in charge of collecting and publishing all positive initiatives, stories according to our brand messaging (EVP), you will lead the implementation of our Employer Brand narrative (EVP) in all the communication channels you will directly manage (Career Site, Linkedin pages).
  • As main ambassador, you will proactively search for opportunities to increase visibility of our employment brand and career opportunities




  • Extensive recruiting experience, preferably in an international environment, in a global and matrix business & HR organization.
  • Solid experience in recruitment marketing, social media, candidate engagement and sourcing skills
  • Experience working with People leadership team to implement process improvements, policies, and related programs preferred.
  • Autonomous, creative, proactive and organized working style as well as the ability to manage multiple activities, prioritize tasks and react with appropriate urgency to situations which require a quick turnaround. with a continuous improvement/ operational excellence mindset
  • Willingness and drive to create the best candidate experience paired with an understanding of respective business strategies, country specifics and requirements. Strong bias for Customer Satisfaction and Employee Experience.
  • Proven experience utilizing applicant/candidate tracking systems, contact management databases, and social/professional networking associations, groups, and products to build and maintain candidate relationships.
  • Excellent interpersonal, networking and presentation skills.
  • Fluency in English, other languages very welcome (French, Spanish, Polish, Dutch…)
  • Technical : proficiency in Office 365 & ideally SAP HR (EC / SuccessFactors), Beamery, Linkedin Recruiter
