Job Purpose:


Support implementation and development of Network & Channel Strategy for Retread (rerubbering) across Bridgestone EMIA:

- Definition of Value proposition for Franchisee Network

- Design ideal network footprint taking into account product group strategies

- Monitor and drive network business performance supporting Regions across EMIA

- Evaluate network service level and customer satisfaction

- Budgeting, reporting & marketing intelligence




Network Footprint Design

Support Head of Retread to:

  • Evaluate actual Franchisee footprint taking into account different strategies among products groups.
  • Set business KPI and priorities to assure proper coverage as well as synergies with TBR (Truck, Bus and Retread)
  • Map trade and end-user market to identify customers to be approached through geo-marketing tools.


Network performance Monitoring & Driving

  • Monitor channel performance through Channel Dashboards in order to take proper countermeasure to drive business results.
  • Support Regions to define development priorities by area


Franchisee Value proposition

  • Support Head of Retread to:
    • Develop value proposition for Franchisee together with trade marketing
    • Enhance channel VP together with trade marketing & product management


Support to the Regions

  • Support Regions in developing specific plan for Franchisee
  • Support Regions in implementing Franchisee Value proposition


Marketing intelligence

  • Provide accurate competitors insights
  • Analyze future market trends


Budgeting & Reporting

Support Head of Retread to:

  • Prepare budget
  • Prepare management reporting
  • Prepare ad hoc analysis




  • Minimum Bachelor degree
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in Marketing, Trade marketing, sales, after sales, business development
  • Experience with (dealer) network development highly desired
  • Great analytical skills
  • High Excel and Powerpoint proficiency is a must
  • Forward thinking, willing to learn, open minded and flexible
  • Target-oriented and able to manage complexity
  • Effective interaction, ability to work closely with multi-language countries from one side and Management from the other side
  • High motivation. Development plan in 2 years
