ABOUT THE ROLE

Quality Tyres Job Description Technical Rep:

Job Purpose The Technical Services Rep will carry out surveys as planned by the Manager:Technical Division, with the correct tools and Quality Tyres Namibia paperwork and perform scrap tyre analysis for the region as specified by the Manager: Technical Division. 

The Technical Service Representative will report directly to the Manager: Technical Division and indirectly to the Regional Manager, Namibia Responsibilities:

• Assist Branches with servicing their customers. Conduct surveys and other services on behalf of our Branches timeously and professionally, as planned by the Manager: Technical Division

 • Utilise Quality Tyres Namibia procedures (paperwork and computer programmes) at all time.

• Ensure reports are generated on the current TOOLBOX programs.

• Covering letters must adhere to the set standard.

• Participate in and utilize all training modules to deliver greater service.

• Attend all training courses as specified and participate with interest.

• Monitored fitments -Carry out comparison test fitments and report regularly to the Manager: Technical & Safety as specified

• Expenses- Plan your work and work according to you plan

• Health and Safety - Ensures compliance with the requirements of the Occupational Health and Safety Act.

• General - Undertake all reasonable requests and instructions, given verbally or in writing. Requirements:

• Matric and / or relevant tyre experience.

• Drivers License

• Management ability

• Computer literate

• Physically capable

• Willing to travel

• Confidentiality

• Good communication skills

• Ambition
