ABOUT THE ROLE

Job Purpose

 

As Regional Marketing Specialist, you will join the Regional Marketing Team and turn strategy into high-quality execution across four connected areas: Digital, Product, Brand, and Events. You will develop online sales channel, working closely with direct and hybrid customers and marketplaces, launch new products, localize and implement EMEA marketing platforms and activations, support Consumer and Commercial business priorities, and ensure a consistent, premium experience across online/offline channels and customer touchpoints.

 

Your responsibilities:

Digital & e-commerce

  • Drive cooperation with pure online players and key online customers, including seasonal sell-out and visibility packages.
  • Implement the regional digital marketing plan in collaboration with the Regional Senior Manager and EMEA Digital Lead.
  • Monitor emerging AI search trends and support the optimization of content for AI-powered discovery platforms and answer engines.
  • Localize and manage digital content, websites and landing pages that support brand, product and business initiatives.
  • Apply customer journey and UX thinking across digital touchpoints to improve the customer experience and commercial effectiveness.
  • Monitor digital and e-commerce performance, track KPIs and translate analytics into clear, actionable recommendations.
  • Contribute to marketing automation initiatives in collaboration with EMEA Digital and Trade Marketing teams.
  • Coordinate local and central agencies to deliver consistent, timely and high-quality digital activities.

Product marketing

  • Localize EMEA product marketing materials in cooperation with business, sales, marketing and communications teams.
  • Coordinate and execute go-to-market plans for new, hero and strategic Consumer and Commercial products.
  • Support local product launches, roadshows, presentations, conferences and product-focused events.
  • Execute paid media plans for hero products across online and offline channels in coordination with the Regional Senior Manager and EMEA Business Marketing.
  • Support product communications, PR launches, articles, and content that build internal and external product knowledge and Product Power.

 

Brand activation

  • Coordinate local implementation of Bridgestone and Firestone brand activation platforms in line with EMEA guidelines and regional priorities.
  • Support execution of the regional marketing plan to strengthen brand consideration and purchase intention.
  • Act as a local brand guardian across company, customer and channel activities, ensuring consistent messaging, identity and visual standards.
  • Activate Bridgestone and Firestone brand heritage through relevant B2C, B2B and employee-facing initiatives.
  • Coordinate local prestige OEM (Original Equipment Manufacturer) activations in close cooperation with regional and EMEA stakeholders.

 

Events

  • Support the execution of regional B2B, B2C and employee-facing events for Consumer and Commercial audiences.
  • Ensure every event reflects Bridgestone brand standards and delivers a consistent, premium participant experience.
  • Coordinate activities including trade shows, product launches, driving experiences, end-user events, dealer incentive trips, sponsorships and hospitality.
  • Cooperate with agencies, vendors and internal stakeholders, proactively managing priorities, risks and operational details.

How you will work:

  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Business Units, Trade Marketing, Communications, EMEA teams, agencies, customers and external partners.
  • Execute agreed budgets, timelines and deliverables with strong ownership, attention to detail and a results-oriented mindset.
  • Use market, customer, competitor and performance data to support decisions and continuous improvement.
  • Communicate clearly, challenge constructively and adapt quickly in a dynamic regional environment.

What you bring:

  • University degree in Marketing, Business Management, Business Administration or a related field.
  • At least 3 years of relevant marketing experience, ideally in the e-commerce/retail or FMCG sector (automotive interest as a plus).
  • Hands-on experience in digital marketing, marketing campaign execution, e-commerce, or online sales channels in a B2B and/or B2C environment.
  • Practical understanding of customer journeys, digital touchpoints, SEO, AEO (Answer Engine Optimization), AI-powered search and discovery, UX, websites, landing pages, performance marketing, digital analytics, and AI marketing tools.
  • Strong data mining skills (Business Intelligence, Dashboards, Excel).
  • Strong analytical skills including data interpretation, KPI tracking, reporting, and ROI/ROAS awareness.
  • Experience in product marketing and go-to-market execution.
  • Experience coordinating projects, events, agencies, vendors, budgets, and multiple stakeholders.
  • Polish at native level and advanced written and spoken English.
  • Willingness to travel as required for projects, partners, and events.
