ABOUT THE ROLE

Job Summary:

 

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Intern to join our EMEA Raw Material Logistics team. This internship offers hands-on experience in financial reporting, data analysis, and supply chain processes. You will support the development of reporting tools and assist in preparing regular reports and presentations for the newly established Raw Material Logistics area.

This is a great opportunity to learn how financial and operational data drive decision-making in a global supply chain environment.

 

Responsibilities:

 

  • Reporting Support: Assist in preparing regular reports and presentations for Raw Material Logistics.
  • Data Collection & Analysis: Gather and organize data for cost and freight reporting; perform basic analysis under supervision.
  • KPI Monitoring: Help maintain KPI scorecards and inventory reports to track performance.
  • Inventory Tracking: Support reporting on raw material levels and movements.
  • Collaboration: Work with different teams to learn best practices in reporting and process improvement.
  • Learning & Development: Participate in meetings and training sessions to build knowledge of supply chain, finance and reporting & analytical tools.

 

Requirement:

 

  • Basic knowledge of MS Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Familiarity with Power BI or other visualization and analytics tools.
  • Interest in data analysis, finance, or supply chain.
  • Good communication skills in English (B2 level).
  • Ability to learn quickly and work in a team environment.
  • Exposure to ERP systems (SAP is a plus).
  • Ongoing studies or degree in Finance, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or related field.
