POSITION DESCRIPTION

 Responsibilities:

  • End-to-end product complain handling process in all product groups
  • Monitoring of product quality, analysis, and reporting
  • Conducting technical training at customers' premises
  • Carrying out on-site tire inspections and providing technical care to customers
  • Carrying out product prototype tests and feedback results
  • ISO promoter - a supportive role for internal auditor 
  • Support business units with technical expertise
  • Follow up market trends in product and services 

 

 Requirements:

  • Master of Engineering degree ( preferred: Quality Management, Mechanics, Production Engineering, Mechatronics, Machinery Design)
  • Min 2 years’ proven experience in the automotive industry
  • The ability to work on problems where analysis of situations or data requires a review of identifiable factors
  • Excellent communication skills, advanced problem-solving orientation, and decision-making skills
  • Excellent time management and prioritization skills
  • Ability to work under pressure with changing, ambiguous priorities
  • English Skills min. B2 level
  •  driving license, category B
  • Ability to travel
