For our East Region Sales operations we are looking for Regional Trade Marketing Specialist. You will be a part of our Marketing Team and report to a Regional Trade Marketing Manager.


Your main focus is to support proper conversion of the business objectives in passenger cars’ tires sales and Retail divisions into marketing plans and actions.


Responsibilities :


  • Actively participate in preparation of trade marketing plans and actions taking into consideration market specific and ensure its consistent implementation of across Eastern European countries
  • Analyze data, identify market trends to provide valuable inputs for trade marketing plan creation and modification
  • Support in coordination B2B loyalty program in scope of:
    • Plan seasonal and boosting trade activities
    • Development of communication within loyalty programs’ participants: coordinate communication calendar, recommend the proper sources of communication, customer segmentation, track KPIs,
    • Cooperation with agencies localized in East Europe countries
  • Closely collaborate with sales department by giving full picture of market specific and requirements to ensure thorough understanding and buy-in needed for a proper  implementation of marketing plan & actions
  • Actively support and track implementation of trade marketing actions
  • Acts as a project leader and prepares toolboxes used by Sales and Retail Departments to facilitate projects implementation; monitors & reports progress and KPI’s realization
  • Pro-actively search for and proposes cross-marketing cooperation possibilities
  • Prepare and share reports & analysis to influence decision-making



  • University degree - Marketing, Business studies
  • 3  years of experience in Marketing position in Multinational Company
  • Proven track of creating and implementing marketing campaign that includes B2B actions
  • Knowledge of loyalty programs business models
  • Open-minded, curious, up-to-dated with marketing trends
  • Systematic and keeping the deadlines
  • Independent thinking and ability to come up with the business case to justify a recommendation of the plan/program/action
  • Good communicator who can interact easily in confidence and withcredibility at all levels, both inside and outside the organization.
  • Effective in working with people
  • Business maturity
  • Analytical skills:

            - good in working on both macro & micro data level

            - good in data handling and presentation in graphs or synthetic manner,

            - able to prepare argumentation in support of sales,

            - able to properly describe a promotional action on paper and present its follow-up

  • Strong drive and enthusiasm, self-motivated
  • Capable to support overall business development;
  • English: min. B2 level
  • Polish: fluent
  • Very good knowledge of MS Office
