Senior HR Generalist - Maternity Leave

POSITION DESCRIPTION

Job purpose 

Provide excellent value adding HR service and support to Sales & Marketing South Region employees.

 

Key responsibilities 

 

Attraction and Recruitment

Proactively provide ideas, design and implement activities to sustain our Employer Branding also leveraging social networks presence, e.g. LinkedIn, Instagram,  etc.,  in cooperation with PR & Comm function. 

Lead recruitment processes and support manager throughout the hiring journey, leveraging existing HRIS tools and platforms

Support reporting and documents preparation in line with ISO requirements and Quality Manual Statement during the annual internal and external Audits.  

Monitor and follow up onboarding process; further develop ideas to increase effectiveness and improve employee experience. 

 

Talent management, training & development  

Support the delivery of the continuous performance management processes, in order to enhance people empowerment in the local organization and in line with the Company’s strategy. 

Talent Management: support South Region HR Business Partner in implementing talent management initiatives, following up on action plans for successful and smooth implementation. 

Perform Development Plans analysis in order to define trainings needs. Meet employees' and departments' needs for Grow Our People, by designing and deploying effective and innovative Learning programs, also partnerning with external suppliers.

Manage Training calendar and maintain correct and updated data into company Learning Management System (LMS). 

Monitor the quality and success of the training through specific tools (KPI); update and communicate relevant KPIs.  

 

Culture and engagement

 

  • Assist HRBP in the organization changes implementation and communication.
  • Play an active role in implementing change management processes and innovation initiatives.
  • Be an active change agent in the company’s transformation, building a cultureembracing the Bridgestone Essence and Behaviors.

 

Labor & Employees relations

Support HRBP in preparation of Unions meetings

Coach and support managers on labor matters

When applicable, support managers and  employees' grievances and complaints 

 

Digitalization and Data Analytics 

Contribute to digitalization of HR processes and documentation flows ad digital upskilling projects. 

For all above activities, support South Region HR Business Partner with data analysis, preparing key analytics reporting, tracking of HR KPIs and suggesting development of other useful analytics tools. 
 Maintain quality data into HRIS systems. 
 

DEI, CSR and HR Projects 

Actively operate to deliver successfully Diversity, Equity and Inclusion plans; identify, design and implement relevant initiatives to meet our targets. 
Identify needs of customization and local  implementation a of strategic  E8 Commitment plans, proactively contributing to ideas generation, activities implementation and communication plans. 

 

Required capabilities 

  • University Degree in HR/Organization or General management/Economy or Law or Psycology  

  • Learning, Development and talent management theory, tools and processes knowledge 

  • IT and Digital tools literacy; analytical skills 

  • Excellent communication skills  

  • Collaboration and team work spirit 

  • Values aligned with our Bridgestone Essence and E8 Commitment 

  • Curiosity 

  • Languages: Italian and English fluent ; nice to have: Spanish and / or French

 

Experience 

  • 4+ years of experience in similar roles, dealing with structured and leading edge HR processes and practices.  

  • Success Factors use nice to have

  • Study and/or work experience abroad nice to have
