Regional Business Controller - Temporary

Job Purpose
The Regional Business Controller is a strategic advisor and decision-support expert for the Replacement Segments. As a key member of the Finance Team, you will drive planning, financial analysis, and operational excellence while partnering across functions to enable profitable growth and continuous improvement across the region.
Responsibilities:
Deliver in-depth performance controlling and analysis for all P&L elements (Net Sales, OPEX, OP) across products, channels and markets.Analyze business performance, run P&L simulations and scenario analyses, identify risks/opportunities, and propose solutions.Monitor KPIs, analyze variances, and develop actionable insights for stakeholders.Lead ad-hoc financial analysis and business case development to support investment decisions.Prepare and present management reporting packages to business leaders.Coordinate planning cycles including forecasts, budgets, and mid-term plans, ensuring alignment with business targets.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve systems, reports, and processes.Drive continuous improvement initiatives across the finance organization, including digital transformation.
Qualifications & Experience Required
Education:University degree required.Preferred: Accounting & Controlling, Business Administration, Engineering.
Experience (years):Minimum 5 years in senior finance business controlling roles, ideally within a multinational environment. Ability to work within a matrix organization.
Technical Skills:Strong financial, business, and consumer acumen.Advanced analytical and financial modelling skills.Proficiency with large datasets and complex systems.Ability to deliver high-quality outputs under time pressure.
Language Skills:English required.

The salary range is based on gender-neutral criteria: applicable CCNL requirements, responsibilities, working conditions and market benchmarks for the role and location. Final compensation will be determined based on gender-neutral criteria: experience, skills, and internal equity.
Salary Range: € 33.872 - 60.000
