Job Purpose
The Regional Business Controller Commercial is a strategic advisor and decision-support expert for the Replacement Commercial Product Segments (TBR, Fleet, PCT, AG, OTR).
As a key member of the Finance Team, you will drive planning, financial analysis, and operational excellence while partnering across functions to enable profitable growth and continuous improvement across the region.
Responsibilities:
- Deliver in-depth performance controlling and analysis for all P&L elements (Net Sales, OPEX, OP) across products, channels and markets.
- Analyze business performance, run P&L simulations and scenario analyses, identify risks/opportunities, and propose solutions.
- Monitor KPIs, analyze variances, and develop actionable insights for stakeholders.
- Lead ad-hoc financial analysis and business case development to support investment decisions.
- Prepare and present management reporting packages to business leaders.
- Coordinate planning cycles including forecasts, budgets, and mid-term plans, ensuring alignment with business targets.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve systems, reports, and processes.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives across the finance organization, including digital transformation.
Qualifications & Experience Required
Education:
- University degree required.
- Preferred: Accounting & Controlling, Business Administration, Engineering.
Experience (years):
- Minimum 5 years in senior finance business controlling roles, ideally within a multinational environment.
- Ability to work within a matrix organization.
Technical Skills:
- Strong financial, business, and consumer acumen.
- Advanced analytical and financial modelling skills.
- Proficiency with large datasets and complex systems.
- Ability to deliver high-quality outputs under time pressure.
