ABOUT THE ROLE

About the Role

 

We are looking for a Pricing Lead to join the European HQ Consumer Pricing Team.

The role combines strategic support and business partnering, with a strong analytical foundation. The candidate will support the Head of Consumer Pricing in defining and evolving the European Consumer pricing strategy and act as a key point of contact for assigned regions to drive its implementation in the markets.

This role requires the ability to understand the strategic vision, contribute to shaping it, and translate it into concrete models, tools and actions.

 

 

Responsibilities:

  • Support the definition and evolution of the European Consumer pricing strategy.
  • Act as the main pricing contact for assigned regions, ensuring alignment and effective execution.
  • Partner with regional teams on pricing decisions, promotions and commercial initiatives.
  • Build models and analyses to support decision making and business cases.
  • Translate strategy into pricing frameworks, tools and guidelines for markets.
  • Monitor pricing performance and identify improvement opportunities.
  • Partner closely with Sales, Finance, Product, Demand Planning and LSCM.
  • Ensure alignment between pricing strategy, financial targets and product positioning.
  • Support commercial decisions balancing market opportunities, demand dynamics and operational constraints.

 

 

Qualifications & Experience Required

 

Education, Master, other certification:

  • Degree in Business, Economics, Engineering, Finance or similar.

 

Experience (years):

  • 3+ years of experience in Consulting, Pricing, Sales Operations or similar roles.

 

Technical Skills:

  • Strong analytical mindset.
  • Structured problem solving.
  • Ability to connect analysis with business impact.
  • Hands-on experience working with models and data.
  • Strong proficiency in Excel; With PowerBI, Pricing managment softwares and SAP as a nice to have 

 

Languages Skills:

  • Full working proficiency in English; any other European language is a nice to have.

 

Soft/Behavioral Skills:

  • Strong communication skills.
  • Strong stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to understand strategic vision and contribute to shaping it.
  • Ability to translate strategy into concrete models, tools and actions.
