Welcome to the Bridgestone European Graduate Program – Marketing, an accelerated journey designed to develop the next generation of confident, business‑oriented professionals.

Duration: 12 months (Sept. 2026– Sept. 2027), with high performers confirmed for a second year at the 9-month mark.
👥 Cohort: ~10 graduates across Europe
🌍 International exposure: Face‑to‑face & virtual connections
📍 Travel included: Program events and business visits across Europe
🤝 Strong support: Dedicated managers, mentors, and program leaders

By the end of the program, you will understand how marketing strategies are developed and executed, how customer insights and data inform decisions, and how marketing teams create value by connecting brands, products, and people in a complex international environment.

What You Will Do

  • Learning by Doing:
  • Work in real Marketing and Brand Management roles within Bridgestone Europe
  • Take ownership of individual and group projects based on real business and market challenges
  • Learn through job shadowing and hands‑on experience with marketing professionals
  • Collaborate with international and cross‑functional teams (Sales, Product, Digital, Communications, Strategy).
  • Understand the Business from the Inside:
  • Visits to Manufacturing Plants, Sales Offices, Technical Centers, and Headquarters
  • Exposure to product launches, campaigns, and go‑to‑market activities
  • Training in market analysis, customer insights, brand positioning, and business intelligence
  • Experience with digital marketing tools, content, and performance tracking
  • Exposure to strategic decision‑making at European level, including sustainability and innovation topics

Who We’re Looking For

🎓 Education

You have recently completed a Master’s degree or equivalent education in areas such as:

  • Marketing, Brand Management, Digital Marketing, or Communications
  • Business Administration or Management
  • Economics
  • Data, Analytics, or Engineering with a strong business/marketing orientation
    (Other academic backgrounds with strong business, analytical, or customer‑centric exposure are also welcome.)

📊 Skills & Mindset

You don’t need to tick every box—but you bring many of these:

  • Curiosity about brands, consumers, markets, and trends
  • Strong analytical mindset and comfort working with data and insights
  • Creative thinking combined with structured problem‑solving
  • AI and digital fluency, with interest in marketing technologies and automation tools
  • Clear and effective communication and storytelling skills
  • Collaborative mindset and ability to work across cultures and functions

🌍 Languages

  • Fluent English (C1 level)
  • Local language (C1) required according to the hiring country

The salary range is based on gender-neutral criteria: CCNL Gomma Plastica requirements, responsibilities, working conditions and market benchmarks for the role and location. Final compensation will be determined based on gender-neutral criteria: experience, skills, and internal equity 

 

Salary Range: 30.500 - 42.000
