Marketing East countries - SOR

The resource is responsible to define the Go To Market strategy for all Bridgestone products, services and solutions in all Non Italy BSSOR countries (ADRIA, ROM, BUL, CYPRUS & MALTA), in collaboration with sales and retail team. He/She coordinate the implementation of Bridgestone strategy in Greece along with our exclusive dealer.

He/She also responsible of setting up the communication strategy and coordinate media plans established in collaboration with our partner agencies.

It is therefore a Key role in order to deploy Bridgestone Value proposition through affiliation program set-up, digital tools implementation, marketing activities coordination with the clear target to increase our penetration in those markets and improve our premium sales.

 

Main responsibilities

  • Design and implement, with the support of the local organization, the value proposition by channel (Retail, Wholesale, Car Dealer, Fleets…) to meet our customer needs in all markets/business and in coherence with BS framework strategy:
    • Collaborate with First Stop department in order to deploy the FST strategy in all EAST countries with focus on Romania market
    • Support and improve Value Proposition of Bridgestone Partner Commercial Network on Romania, Bulgaria and ADRIA
    • Continue to implement the Value Proposition and support the recruiting phase of Bridgestone Partner Consumer Network in Romania;
    • Manage Area Bridgestone program in Romania, AB portal updates and data integration with our key wholesalers . Scout and develop new possible partnership in all Balcan Area with the support of Sales Team
  • Support the Retail expansion through management of Synergic/Multiyear approaches focused on premium customers
  • Being the Business Partner for local Sales colleagues as far as marketing activities are concerned
  • Visit Regularly key customers together with Sales Team to present BS strategies and marketing plans
  • Coordinate with Sales team the organization of local events/fairs and business workshops with customers
  • Implement the Brand strategy as per HQ guidelines and in coordination with SOR Brand Marketing Team, in all relevant markets: media plans, social media activities, digital marketing activities, including interactions with local Media Agencies
  • Control/update of Marketing Budget expenses (A&P, NSD, Meetings, Outside services) for all our Region. (Key Contact person for Finance Dept)

 

Requirements

  • Degree in Economics, Marketing, Management Engineering
  • Analytical mindset is a must
  • Communication and presentation skills
  • Business acumen is key
  • IT literacy:

Excel & Powerpoint proven advanced level

BI knowledge is a plus but not mandatory

  • Languages:

English proficiency is mandatory

Italian native is mandatory

  • Experience

About 5-6 years of overall experience in multinational or structured organization and matrix environment from Automotive, Spare Parts, Consumer Goods, Consumer Electronics as preference.

 

With equal competencies, being recognized as matching the requirements of Law 68/99 will be considered a plus (both art. 1  and art. 18).
