Job Purpose

Brand marketing manager will be responsible to:

  1. Manage Bridgestone and Firestone Brand Activation events on-line and off-line (e.g. Olympics, Firestone events related to music)
  2. CRM: Build up a durable and valuable relationship with the boss, throughout the implementation of a contact strategy based on a multichannel approach i.e using all different touchpoints (on/off line) to get in contact with the boss.; this plan should assure that BS will Engage and retain the BOSS
  3. Define, Set up and monitor the media plan in coherence with the brand communication strategy;
  4. Source potential Sponsorships/Co-Marketing and Partnerships: find possible synergies with companies/players in the market of different industries in order to increase BS brands exposure; offer new services, promotions, offers as to increase boss loyalty to BS brand
  5. Implement trade and consumer fairs and events 
  6. Define and manage digital social media strategy (e.g. Facebook page) and official BS websites
  7. Manage collaborators, agencies, partners and budget: prioritize projects and manage agencies to achieve smooth, on-time and on-budget implementations and achievements of KPIs.
  8. Transform the organization and Innovate: Drive an integrated cross-functional digital transformation program in the South Region. Stay on top of latest developments in digital marketing and technological innovations in the tyre industry to anticipate the impact on BOSS behaviour and to create added-value services .
