We are looking for a qualified Credit Controller (m/f/d) as soon as possible.

Place of work: Vantaa, Finland


Your Responsibilities:

  • Credit controlling and monitoring Accounts Receivables
  • Maintenance of customer data in SAP
  • Following database updates regarding changes in customer financial situation (Atradius/Suomen asiakastieto Oy)
  • Monitoring of customer account position (limits/open/closed) and processing request of new customer accounts and delivery addresses
  • Supporting when needed with sales invoice corrections
  • Customer rebate payment requests
  • Interest invoicing of the customers, as well as Sandvik customs invoicing
  • Monthly credit report
  • Reviewing/filing customer reference payments to SEB


Your Profile:

  • You successfully finished your bachelor`s degree in Finance or Accounting or have a similar educational background
  • You have solid work experience as a Credit Controller, experience in the field of automotive will be considered as assets
  • You have strong IT skills, especially solid SAP knowledge
  • Fluent Finnish and English languages are a must have
  • You have excellent communication, collaboration and negotiation skills
  • You have a strategic mind set with hands-on mentality and out-of-the-box thinking
