Job Purpose

The retail and mobility solution business is rapidly evolving into a more technological and digitally environment. In order to consolidate and expand our current leading position in providing quality performance and management solutions to our partners, our retail sales force must evolve.

 

We are looking for a Retail Consultant reporting directly to the Retail Voluntary Chain Manager (VC - M) that will have full understanding of the Point Of Sales management operations (reception, workshop, store, vendors, MKT….) as well as being and expert in implementing and optimizing the performance of this business model. This is a regional role, based in South-West of Spain (based in Sevilla preferably.)

 

You will provide quality solutions and action plans to our current Partners network as well as permanently search for profitable business opportunities beyond the network by expanding our VC technology. Also, you will:

  • Promote, sell, implement and secure successful performance for First Stop program (Commercial oriented as defined in the First Stop model) across our Top Partners network, following 1st Stop expansion plan roadmap.
  • Implementation of RPM model on partners.
  • Guaranty successful implementation and business/sales results on partners by generating action plans to boost KPI’s according to the control evolution template.
  • Follow up and coordinate the action plans, generated by Quality Audits across the VC network, to promote the successful execution of them and obtain the quality grade according to the FST quality guidelines.
  • Support and follow up Action plans to increase the First Stop Purchasing platform.

 

Requirements:

  • Bachelor or Technical Engineer
  • Fluent English written and spoken (Desirable)
  • Retail Area manager experience
  • Three years of experience in retail environment performing as managing account (Desirable).
  • Advance knowledge of Microsoft package
