Job Purpose

The retail and mobility solution business is rapidly evolving into a more technological and digitally environment. In order to consolidate and expand our current leading position in providing quality performance and management solutions to our partners, our retail sales force must evolve. This evolution requires a high-performance Retail Business capable of maximizing our Partners performance via VC2 & VC3 as well as expanding the VC3 network where more profitable following the Company`s expansion Plan.  

We are looking for a Retail Consultant reporting directly to the Retail VC Manager,  that will have full understanding of the POS management operations (reception, workshop, store, vendors, MKT….) as well as being and expert in implementing and optimizing the performance of the VC3  solution and all the tools which is composed. This is a regional role, based in Almería.

You will provide quality solutions and action plans to our current Partners network as well as permanently search for profitable business opportunities beyond the network by expanding our VC technology. Also, you will:

  • Promote, sell, implement and secure successful performance for First Stop VC3 program (Commercial oriented as defined in the First Stop model) across our Top Partners network, following 1st Stop expansion plan roadmap.
  • Implementation of RPM model on partners with VC3 program.
  • Guaranty successful implementation and business/sales results on VC3 partners by generating action plans to boost KPI’s according to the control evolution template.
  • Follow up and coordinate the action plans, generated by Quality Audits across VC2/VC3 partners, to promote the successful execution of them and obtain the quality grade according to the FST quality guidelines.
  • Support and follow up Action plans to increase the CPC utilization by partners. Analysis and control about company investment put on their influence place
  • Follow up and improvement of IHS and MIX of partners under his/her responsibility. Identify business needs and propose strategies and actions plans in order to achieve the Company goals on assigned area.

 

Responsibilities:

Average time per visit for VC2 and VC3.

VC2………….90’-120’

VC3……….120’-180’

 Key responsibilities:

  • Follow up of VC2 program on POS, special focus on CPC management as well as the expenditure volume to providers indicated in the purchasing data book.   

The objective of following up on CPC is to double check and verify the level of alignment of the partner with the original guidelines of the program as well as detecting improvement areas to fully adapt it to its environment and business reality.

  • Follow up of B2B.

Consumptions made through BSHP (allows making a sales projection for IHS as well as obtain information regarding sales % and volumes of HB tires vs the rest of providers) Price positioning of HB tires vs competition.  

  • Follow up corporate MKT campaigns at the POS.
  • VC3 Implementation and follow up of 3.0 program. Provide high quality consultant support to partners regarding functionalities and opportunities of the program to maximize its management capacity in the POS.

Compliment KPI report and establishing customized action plans. This is a key activity that will require plenty of face 2 face collaboration with the partner. It will consume a great deal of the time at the POS depending of the type of partner (Uni-Pos, Multi-POS, Hybrid, Consumer, lay-out installation, database…etc.).

Frequency of visits.

VC2…No less than once a month

VC3… No less than twice a month

Average number of POS per RBC

From 40 to 45 depending on the concentration of POS per area, and the travel time to cover the area. Over 45 POS under one RBC will jeopardize the quality of the service as well as not guaranty covering the above stated responsibilities.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor or Technical Engineer
  • Fluent English written and spoken (Desirable)
  • Retail Area manager experience
  • Three years of experience in retail environment performing as managing account (Desirable).
  • Advance knowledge of Microsoft package
