What will you do?
As a Sales Representative, you will represent Bridgestone in the area of passenger tires (PC4). You will report directly to the Sales Director Netherlands and be responsible for promoting sales, managing customer relationships, and developing commercial opportunities within your region (North/East Netherlands).
Responsibilities:
- Achieving sales targets and following up on goals
- Expanding the customer portfolio and increasing market share with existing customers
- Attracting new customers with growth potential
- Optimizing the product mix and promoting high-rim tires
- Proactively solving customer problems and providing solutions
- Regularly visiting sales points and distributors in your region
- Identifying and following up on credit risks with customers
- Organizing interactive product training sessions for customers
- Collecting and reporting market information to management
- Supporting marketing actions, promotions, and incentives
Who are you?
Education or Certificates:
- Higher education (MBO level or equivalent through experience)
Experience:
- At least 1 year of relevant work experience, preferably in the automotive or a related sector
- Experience as a field service employee or in a commercial role is a plus
Language Skills:
- Fluent in Dutch (spoken and written)
- Good knowledge of English (business language within Bridgestone)
