Job Purpose
Join a global leader in the tire industry as a Engineer in our Tire Development Division. You will work in a multicultural, cross-functional team alongside experts in R&D, testing, and manufacturing, contributing to the innovation of high-performance tire products for both regional and global markets.
Responsibilities:
· Support the design, development, and validation of new tire concepts from idea to industrialization.
· Collaborate with simulation and testing teams to optimize tire performance characteristics.
· Analyze test data and iterate design parameters based on performance feedback.
· Statistically evaluate main correlations between input and output and propose robust test plan to deep dive in the assessment.
· Participate in material selection and process feasibility reviews supervised by the team leader.
· Support benchmarking and competitor analysis activities.
· Contribute to sustainability-driven projects within product development.
· Document and communicate technical findings clearly to internal stakeholders.
· Assist in project planning and timeline tracking.
· Ensure compliance with industry standards and internal quality systems.
· Work proactively in an international and inclusive team environment.
Qualifications & Experience Required
Education, Master, other certification: Master’s degree in mechanical engineering or related disciplines, (PhD/MBA is a plus).
Technical Skills:
Basic knowledge of vehicle dynamics, finite element analysis, or material behavior is a plus.
Languages Skills:
Proficient in English; other languages are a plus.
Soft/Behavioral Skills:
Strong interpersonal skills, curiosity, and a collaborative mindset
