Job Purpose
Being part of the Commercial New Product Development department you will be asked to support the development of a novel methodology for prototype selection based on data coming from the Market Evaluation. Focusing on the tire forces estimation, compare simplified and numerical approaches via dedicated testing campaign, in order to support the development of a refined methodology.
Responsibilities:
- Perform sensitivity analysis on relevant outputs of the simulation
- Assess capabilities/limitations of simplified model to identify improvement areas
- Interact with senior team members and other departments in refining model with new analysis insights
Requirements:
- Master Degree in Mechanical Engineering (or equivalent).
- Analytical skills, Logic Thinking, Problem solving and mechanism understanding mindset;
- Logic Thinking, attitude to learn and team-working with strong communication skills;
- Driven to results and synthesis oriented, motivated, agile, collaborative;
- Digital mindset: solid knowledge of MS Office package; Previous experience with FEA commercial software knowledge is an added valued;
- Fluency in written and spoken English.
