The Corporate Health and Safety Engineer we are looking for operates mainly in logistic and manufacturing environment in EMIA-wide geographical Regions, She/He needs to be agile and open to cooperation with Teammates with different culture and background.

She / He will be part of a Team with multidisciplinary skills, in a highly collaborative group in which each member brings his/her capabilities to contribute to the group scope.

She/He will have a key role in deploying the Health and Safety part of BSEMIA manufacturing excellence journey, working in close contact with the Regional Pillar responsible for capabilities injection.

She/He will act as a single point of contact for Health and Safety in logistic organization.

In this role, She/He will travel across EMIA Regions to perform periodical assessment and coaching on the floor to the local Teams, facilitating the sharing of current best practices.   needs to quickly understand the work environment, the different typologies of risks and the maturity of the safety culture in place, in order to leverage on different techniques and tools to promote Health and Safety

She / He will promote the digitalization of the current management system.

Accountabilities:

  • Contribute to deploy the Health and safety part of the manufacturing excellence program in  EMIA Regions (Europe, Africa, Middle East, Russia, India).
  • Perform HS maturity assessment in different work environment across EMIA.
  • Manage digital data through dedicated applications to develop leading and lagging indicators to monitor and drive Health and Safety programs, through digital tools.
  • Act as single point of contact for H&S in logistic.

 

Educational Background:

University Degree in Health & Safety or equivalent.

Technical & soft skills:

  • knowledge of Health and Safety Management Systems based on PDCA cycle.
  • Knowledge of ISO45001 standard.
  • Audit techniques
  • H&S European Regulatory framework

  • Office 365 package.

 

Languages:

Fluency in written and spoken English

Knowledge of other languages is a plus.

 

Previous experience:

Manufacturing excellence programs / World Class Manufacturing (WCM)

 

Position can be based in any EMIA location
