ABOUT THE ROLE

Job Purpose

We are looking for a newly graduate in Engineering to support our Team during a Maternity Leave; the candidate will work with the Central Environmental, Health and Safety Team operating in various business environment (R&D, logistic, manufacturing, Retail, Sales) and geographical Regions; needs to be agile and open to cooperation with Teammates with different culture and background.

She / He will be part of a Team based in Rome with multidisciplinary skills, in a highly collaborative group in which each member brings his/her capabilities to contribute to the group scope.

She / He will support the Management System PDCA drumbeat, learning how to use the EHS digital platform and then providing support to the local entities for their daily activities.

By gathering data and analyzing them, will calculate KPI’s and prepare reports for different stakeholders.

Responsibilities:

  • Assuring proper reporting of EHS KPI on time from local sites, analyzing site performances and requesting confirmation in case deviation or inconsistencies in data, consolidate reporting of regional EHS performances (dashboards).
  • Interacting with consultant to improve/solve issues with EHS reporting digital platform and its future development.
  • Supporting the Company in retrieving EHS data for ESG reporting platforms/Company reporting (CSRD/Ecovadis).
  • Analyzing and supporting horizontal investigations of Environmental incidents
  • Assuring all ISO14001-50001 certifications will be updated and audits performed as per schedule.
  • Assuring proper implementation of sites countermeasures following EHS audits findings.
  • Coordinate the Monthly Awareness campaign across the Retail organizations.
  • Support H&S digital projects implementation.

 

Qualifications & Experience Required

Education, Master, other certification:

University Degree in Engineering.

 

Experience (years):

None

Technical Skills:

  • Microsoft Office 365.
  • Basic knowledge of EHS legislation
  • Basic knowledge of ISO45001-ISO14001-ISO50001
  • Basic knowledge of CSRD Directive

 

Languages Skills:

Fluency in written and spoken English

Knowledge of other languages is a plus
