Job Purpose
You will lead and coordinate regional sales administration operations, ensuring timely and accurate execution of commercial processes related to pricing, billing, discounts, rebates, and customer claims. You will manage a team of frontline and back-office specialists, foster cross-functional collaboration, and ensure compliance and operational excellence across multiple systems and workflows.
Responsibilities:
- Manage and mentor a team of frontline and back-office specialists
- Oversee discount and rebate setup, validation, and maintenance in SAP and Pricefx
- Supervise customer claims registration, validation, and resolution
- Ensure compliance with SLA and documentation standards (e.g., Freshdesk, Salesforce)
- Coordinate with Pricing, Finance, IT, and Customer Service teams
- Monitor KPIs and service levels, and provide regular performance updates
- Support internal audits and compliance reviews
- Analyze pricing discrepancies and claims trends to propose improvements
- Oversee SAP data maintenance and billing document validation
- Support automation initiatives and system enhancements
Qualifications & Experience Required
Education, Master, other certification:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, or related field
Experience:
- 4–6 years in sales administration, customer service, or team leadership
Technical Skills:
- Strong knowledge of SAP S4/Hana, Pricefx, Freshdesk, Salesforce
- Familiarity with Winshuttle, DR Manager, xSuite
- Experience in managing discount and rebate processes
- Analytical mindset and data interpretation skills
Languages Skills:
- English C1
- Polish C1
