ABOUT THE ROLE

Job Purpose

We are looking for a Junior Accountant reporting directly to the Retail Team Leader. This is a local role based in Poznań. The position offers a great opportunity to gain experience in various areas of accounting, depending on your skills and interests, and to grow within an international finance environment.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Perform Accounts Payable (PTP) operations: posting standard accounting documents
  • Reconcile and post travel expenses
  • Support daily Record-to-Report (RTR) and month-end closing tasks
  • Assist in resolving queries within the scope of responsibility
  • Participate in team and departmental projects
  • Perform ad-hoc accounting and finance tasks

 

Qualifications & Experience Required

Education, Master, other certification:

  • Studying towards degree in Finance, Accounting, Linguistics, or showing genuine interest in a career in international finance

Experience:

  • Not required, but any accounting-related experience will be an asset

Technical Skills:

  • Good knowledge of MS Office, especially Excel

Languages Skills:

  • Communicative French (B2 or higher)
  • Communicative English

Soft/Behavioral Skills:

  • Attention to detail
  • High level of customer service
  • Willingness to learn and grow
