Job Purpose:
We are looking for 12- months an Accountant reporting directly to the Retail Team Leader. This is a local role based in Poznań. The position offers a great opportunity to gain experience in various areas of accounting, depending on your skills and interests, and to grow within an international finance environment.
Responsibilities:
- Perform Accounts Payable (PTP) operations: posting standard accounting documents, payments preparation
- Reconcile and post travel expenses
- Reconcile vendor accounts and maintain accurate vendor records
- Support daily Record-to-Report (RTR) and month-end closing tasks
- Assist in resolving queries within the scope of responsibility
- Participate in team and departmental projects
- Perform ad-hoc accounting and finance tasks
- Qualifications & Experience Required
- Education, Master, other certification:
- Bachelor degree or recognized accounting qualification
Experience:
- Minimum 18 months of experience in the accounting role
Technical Skills:
- Good knowledge of MS Office, especially Excel
- Languages Skills:
- Communicative French (B2 or higher)
- Communicative English
- Soft/Behavioral Skills:
- Attention to detail
- High level of customer service
- Willingness to learn and grow
