ABOUT THE ROLE

Job Purpose

You will support back‑office activities related to recall actions within the framework of a 6‑month contract.  You will obtain customer data via VINs, validate information, and coordinate follow‑ups with possible fleet customers. You will assist in coordinating communication flows with external providers and support the retail customer service team in day‑to‑day recall‑related activities. This position requires attention to detail, strong Excel skills, and customer‑oriented problem‑solving abilities.

Responsibilities:

  • Obtaining customer data via VINs and validating information received from authorities
  • Matching VIN‑related data with country, postal code, and possible fleet customers
  • Coordinating with an external provider responsible for sending mail to end users based on fleet instructions
  • Coordinating mailing posting services for specific countries
  • Collaborating closely with retail customer service to support recall‑related daily operations
  • Providing administrative and operational support throughout the recall process

Qualifications & Experience Required

Experience:

  • Experience in a structured, process‑driven environment is an advantage

Technical Skills:

  • Strong Excel skills

Languages Skills:

  • Excellent communication skills in English, written and verbal
  • Additional languages are a plus

Soft/Behavioral Skills:

  • Ability to work in a structured and process‑driven environment
  • Strong communication and coordination skills
  • Attention to detail
  • Customer‑oriented mindset
