ABOUT THE ROLE

Job Purpose

You will be responsible for various accounting operations, ensuring high quality of performed tasks, and supporting order-to-cash related queries.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Accounting operations:
    • Credit & debit notes processing
    • Resolving unallocated cash items
    • Direct debit processing
    • Customer accounts reconciliation
    • Preparation of various reports and their analysis
  • Processing orders for customers
  • Ensuring high quality of performed tasks,
  • First line contact and support to order-to-cash related queries
  • Process improvements
  • Participation in internal projects
  • Compliance with internal controls and J-SOX rules

 

Qualifications & Experience Required

 

Education, Master, other certification:

  • Relevant secondary education (or post-secondary accounting training)

 

Experience (years):

  • Not specified, but relevant experience in similar roles is preferred

 

Technical Skills:

  • Understanding of accounting principles
  • Knowledge of SAP ERP package is a plus
  • Good MS Office skills

 

Languages Skills:

  • Very good knowledge of English; additional European language is an asset

 

Soft/Behavioral Skills:

  • High level of customer service and very good communication skills
  • Strong organizational skills to effectively manage multiple tasks and deadlines
  • Analytical skills
