ABOUT THE ROLE

Job Purpose

Logistics OE Intern is responsible for timely execution of internal customers’ orders while maintaining the applicable quality standards & customer requirements.

Responsibilities within OE Logistics process

  • Timely creation, releasing and control of STOs considering tires availability, DOT, customers’ requirements, transport capabilities and other for shipments
  • Cooperation with other teams within LSCM, BEOE and BS SSC
  • Identifying and helping address customers’ needs and issues by answering questions, providing requested information, advising, meetings etc.
  • Performing day-to-day processing of OE customer demand, checking and confirming availability of OE tires in EU locations

Reporting, DRP Systems & Continuous improvement

  • Prepares cyclical reports and operational files.
  • Prepare and register departmental process indicators.
  • Creates and modifies procedures in the area of LSCM in accordance with the applicable systems, standards and quality norms.
  • Participating in projects including optimization of orders execution and improvements recommendation
  • Supporting the Internal or External audit processes. Complying with internal controls and J-SOX rules
  • Supports the Manager / Team Leaders / Team in introducing new system solutions, tests and provides information on new, changed functions to SAP users as part of Team.

Qualifications & Experience Required

Availability:

  • 40 hours per week

Education, Master, other certification:

  • Bachelor or Engineer degree with logistics profile (currently studying)

Experience:

  • Previous internship within logistics area will be an advantage

Technical Skills:

  • Microsoft Office, especially Excel (as an advantage)

Languages Skills:

  • English – communicative

Soft/Behavioral Skills:

  • Effective verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to work in a team environment
