ABOUT THE ROLE

Job Purpose

We are looking for a Logistics Intern reporting directly to the LSCM Planning Team Leader. This is a local role, based in Poznań.

You will be responsible for timely execution of internal and external customers’ orders (STO, SO, shipment orders), while maintaining the applicable quality standards & customer requirements. You will create reports. You will communicate with the local teams in Poznań, Paczkowo, Stargard and Tatabanya. You will be expected to have a good level of understanding internal policies and procedures and their customer’s needs and to handle all assigned tasks with a strong focus on the quality and efficiency of their work to meet their customers’ requirements and be compliant.

Contract: for 12 months

Minimum availability: 30 hours per week, preferably 40 hours per week

 

Responsibilities:

  • Full scope of logistics planning processes and systems used in the Organization
  • Preparing reports requested by the local entity contact person
  • Assist in ensuring that logistics processes and all operating procedures are clearly defined, up to-date and documented
  • Supporting the Logistics Planning Team

 

Qualifications & Experience Required

Education, Master, other certification:

  • Bachelor/Engineer student with a focus on international trade or logistics (must be currently enrolled)

Experience (years):

  • Previous internship in logistics is an advantage

Technical Skills:

  • Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Excel

Languages Skills:

  • Basic/communicative English

Soft/Behavioral Skills:

  • Internal motivation, accuracy, and good organizational skills
  • Strong communication and teamwork abilities
  • Willingness to learn, adaptability, and flexibility
