Job purpose:
We are looking for Logistics Assistant reporting directly to the LSCM Director North Area. It’s a unique opportunity to join a successful team and be part of dynamic environment at the start of the career and excel both at an operational level and at participating in strategic initiatives with senior management.
This is a position that can drive you to the permanent employment within international Bridgestone structures. It is foreseen in Poland, Poznan, however occasional travels to Warsaw Sales Regional office might be required.
Responsibilities:
- Assist in the development and preparation of presentations, reports, and documents for internal and external stakeholders
- Collaborate on strategic logistics projects, providing research support and contributing with insights to enhance project governance and outcomes
- Facilitate communication between the director and other departments, ensuring alignment on project goals and timelines
- Track and monitor project progress, identifying potential issues and suggesting solutions proactively
- Engage in continuous learning opportunities related to logistics strategies and best practices to support project initiatives
- Provide comprehensive administrative support to the Logistics Supply Director, ensuring efficient daily operations
- Manage travel arrangements and oversee expense reporting and management, ensuring accurate documentation and timely submission
- Organize and manage scheduling of meetings, appointments, and coordinating logistics for all engagements for the direct manger and her/his direct reports
Qualifications:
- Infinity to data analysis skills, ability to produce, interpret and draw conclusions from data
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Nice to have experience of dealing with results, metrics and data management and desire to create and build new processes
- Must be an independent problem solver that can make quality judgments and decisions quickly with excellent organization skills
- Strong communication skills, good presentation skills

- Willingness to manage daily admin tasks, while having an opportunity and access to strategic projects
- Student or graduate
- English at communicative level both spoken and written
- Avaliable minimum 20 hours per week
