ABOUT THE ROLE

Job Purpose

An internship at Bridgestone SSC Poznań is a unique opportunity to gain practical experience in one of two key logistics areas: Planning or Transport. Depending on the team you join, you will support customer order fulfillment or the organization and monitoring of shipments. You will learn modern tools, processes, and the specifics of working in an international environment. You will be entrusted with real tasks, receive support from the team, and have the chance to develop skills valued in the job market.

As an Intern in the Planning or Transport department, you will be responsible for:

  • Timely execution of internal and external customer orders (STO, SO, shipment orders) or planning and monitoring shipments
  • Preparing reports, dashboards, and process documentation
  • Cooperating with local and external teams (warehouses, customs agencies, carriers)
  • Supporting the improvement and documentation of logistics processes
  • Participating in development projects and training sessions

Responsibilities:

  • Handling logistics processes in accordance with quality standards, legal procedures, and customer requirements
  • Collaborating with other teams and external partners to ensure efficient task execution
  • Preparing operational reports
  • Participating in training, workshops, and development projects
  • Supporting documentation preparation and participating in audit-related projects
  • Ensuring logistics processes and operating procedures are clearly defined, regularly updated, and fully documented
  • Providing support to the Logistics Planning Team to maintain smooth and efficient operations

Qualifications & Experience Required

Availability:

  • Minimum 30 hours per week

Education, Master, other certification:

  • Bachelor / Engineer (currently studying) in international trade or logistics

Experience:

  • Previous internship in logistics is an advantage but not required

Technical Skills:

  • Basic knowledge of Office 365 (especially Excel)

Languages Skills:

  • Polish – perfect command, spoken and written
  • English – basic or communicative

Soft/Behavioral Skills:

  • Ability to work in a team & work under time pressure
  • Good work organization
  • Self-development and willingness to learn new things and adapt
  • Basic analytical thinking skills
