ABOUT THE ROLE

Job Purpose

We are looking for a Intern reporting directly to the Retail Team Leader. This is a Local role based in Poznań.

Responsibilities:

  • Master Data maintenance such as customer and vendor account validation and correction, updating information in multiple software’s according to internal policies and requirements, keeping track of changes, report / address any issues. 

  • Daily bank statement reconciliation, if/as required

  • Possible contact with customers in France

  • Support to any local related queries within responsibility area

  • Assisting with team/departmental projects 

  • Other ad-hoc accounting/finance tasks

 

Please note that responsibilities may vary depending on candidate skills and knowledge. They may also change according to the company requirements. This gives an opportunity for candidates to learn and wide range of accounting responsibilities.

Requirements:

  • Communicative English (B2 or higher)

  • Communicative French would be an asset

  • Attention to detail

  • High level of customer service

  • MS Office (Excel)

  • University degree in Finance/Accounting/Linguistics or true interest in pursuing career in Finance
