POSITION DESCRIPTION

Job Purpose

We are looking for a  Finance Analyst Dynamics 365 reporting directly to the SSC Retail Manager. This is a Local, based in SSC in Poznań.

As a Finance Analyst Dynamics 365 you will be working with finance and IT teams across EMIA region to review and refine finance and operations processes within Bridgestone Retail area. You will be a part of MS Dynamics 356 Centre of Excellence Team enhancing current processes as well as taking key role in new system implementations. Knowledge of D365 is essential in this role.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Reviewing current finance processes and mapping them to the new system
  • Working closely with the IT team and the SSC management on correct design of the finance and operations flows,
  • Documenting processes and flow diagrams
  • Delivering end user training;
  • Suggesting and applying set up changes to enable most efficient reporting
  • Liaising with the business and project teams to understand and refine requirements
  • Incorporating tools and applications enhancing D365
  • Provide support during various test cycles (for new system implementations in the
  • Coordination between finance (controlling + accounting) and IT
  • Data analyst : understanding of the structure of the D365 data EMEA region

 

Key Requirements:

  • Good functional knowledge of Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations is essential for this role
  • Minimum 1 - 3 years' experience working in a Business Analyst or Functional role
  • Good finance and accounting background
  • Excellent engagement and communication skills
  • Great problem-solving skills
  • Knowledge of methodologies around ERP implementations
  • Fluent English, other languages (French) will be an asset
