ABOUT THE ROLE

Job Purpose

We are looking for a Cash & Banking Junior Accountant. This role supports the efficient and effective operations of the Accounting Department by performing daily tasks with strong attention to detail and a keen interest in automation. You will apply your accounting knowledge in cash management, including daily bank accounting and payment processes, and support Treasury functions as an additional responsibility.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Perform daily bank accounting and reconcile balance sheet and transitory accounts
  • Prepare and monitor payment transfers
  • Execute daily accounting activities assigned to the role
  • Support Treasury functions, including assistance in cash forecasting and liquidity management

 

Qualifications & Experience Required

 

Education, Master, other certification:

  • Relevant secondary education or post-secondary accounting training
  • Solid understanding of accounting principles and practices

 

Experience:

  • 1–2 years of accounting experience

 

Technical Skills:

  • Proficient in MS Office, especially Excel
  • Basic knowledge of SAP, other ERP systems, treasury management systems, or banking systems is a plus

 

Languages Skills:

  • Advanced English (B2/C1 level)

 

Soft/Behavioral Skills:

  • Strong customer service orientation
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Attention to detail and accuracy
  • Interest in automation and process improvement
