ABOUT THE ROLE

Job purpose

 

As a Regional Trade Marketing Specialist, this role will work in full coordination with the Regional Trade Marketing Senior Manager, aligning with Consumer BU priorities and BSEMEA Business Marketing guidelines. This position is based in the Madrid office.

 

Responsibilities:

  1. Lead the implementation of all trade marketing activities ensuring a close contact and follow-up with the different internal and external stakeholders.
  2. Propose and execute sell-in/Sell-on/Sell-out promotional plans
  3. Communication of all trade marketing plans and actions across the region and at European level BSEMEA
  4. Periodical visits to key strategic dealers to define and present trade marketing plans.
  5. Achieve the quantitative & qualitative OB targets focusing on strategic products boost and OP target contribution
  6. Apply ROI measurement tools to evaluate the effectiveness of trade marketing initiatives,
  7. Inclusion of central available on-the-shelf Promotional Tools developed by the central team into local market strategies when relevant, ensuring alignment with regional needs to enhance sales performance.
  8. Follow up and control of the marketing budget
  1. Translate and localize all the different sales enablement assets & POS/Digital materials implementation
  1. Support Senior Trade Marketing manager on the definition of the proper strategy to ensure the right visibility of our brands and products at POS in line with product priorities and guidelines
  2. Execute marketing activations and needs at POS such as openings, events, etc…
  3. Integrate when possible the Brand activation assets as sell-in/sell-out tools to grant brand consistency and reinforce the impact of our Brand investments. 
  4. Manage and optimize digital platforms designed to support sell-in and sell-out strategies, ensuring a seamless experience for trade partners and customers.
  5. Monitor platform performance and user engagement, leveraging data to identify improvement opportunities and drive adoption.
  6. Lead the rollout of new features or upgrades to digital trade platforms.

 

  1. Develop and implement marketing automation workflows in cooperation with Business Marketing Digital Lead and COE to streamline customer engagement and communication processes.
  2. Analyze customer journey data to optimize touchpoints and increase conversion rates within trade channels.

Qualifications and experience required

 

Academic background: University degree in Marketing & Communication or University degree in Business  Management and Administration.

 

Experience: Trade & Channel Marketing achievements proved. 5 years’ experience in Sales & Marketing preferably in Consumer Goods Industry and/or Automotive Industry

 

Languages: Spanish (native): written & spoken

English (advanced): written & spoken
