ABOUT THE ROLE

About the Role

 

Job Purpose:

You will drive the execution of TBR & AG sales strategies in Spain, achieving key commercial and financial targets while managing and developing the regional salesforce. You will work closely with Key Account Managers, Fleet teams, and Business Planning to ensure sustainable growth.

 

Responsibilities

  • Execution and implementation of Spain TBR & AG Sales programs and strategies in coordination with SWR Commercial BU Director

  • Achievement of Spain TBR & AG sales results (volume, NS, GP), in line with Commercial Product Director guidelines and strategy

  • Ensure & support financial results achievement (OPEX, OP) in Spain TBR & AG, in line with SWR Commercial guidelines and strategies

  • TBR & AG Salesforce management and efficiency in the region (Spain)

  • Regional-Local operation scope (Spain)

  • Support and full collaboration with KAMs, Fleets’ team and SWR Business Planning team

  • Expansion plan and execution of First Stop retail network

  • Improvement and execution of BS Partners program

  • To design and support Sales Force Training Program development and implementation.

 

Qualifications & Experience Required

Education, Master, other certification:   

  • Sales & Marketing/Retail & Sales Marketing Degree level expected Higher Educations (4-5 years)

  • Business (Sales & Marketing) and Team Management achievements proved in other areas of the company.

 

Experience (years):

  • >8 years experience in sales.

  • >5 years experience in management responsibility.

 

Technical Skills:

  • Customer oriented

  • Excellent negotiation skills

  • Financial acumen

  • Team Management: Good skills for leading, motivating and developing people

  • Strong communication skills

  • Collaboration and team work spirit

  • Goal clarity and priority setting skills

  • Able to work under high sales performance pressure.

Spanish native of excellent level (written & spoken)

Very good English level (written & spoken)
