ABOUT THE ROLE

Position: 

We are looking for a SWR Pricing Manager, a key role responsible for leading pricing execution across Consumer and Commercial products in the region (Spain & Portugal), ensuring full alignment between strategic pricing guidelines and local commercial execution.

This position will play a central role in translating HQ pricing strategy into actionable local plans, enabling Sales teams to execute effectively while safeguarding profitability, pricing governance, and channel balance.

The successful candidate will act as a strong business partner to Sales, Finance and HQ Pricing teams, combining analytical expertise with strong commercial understanding and the ability to influence stakeholders across the organization.

We are looking for a strong analytical professional with proven experience in pricing, commercial finance or sales operations within a B2B environment.

 

Key Responsabilities:

· Lead pricing execution across all product categories in alignment with HQ strategy and governance.

· Translate central pricing guidelines into local pricing actions and tactical plans.

· Prepare and manage price lists and pricing communications.

· Monitor pricing performance, profitability and variances versus budget and previous year.

· Support financial forecasting processes (OB, MBP) and pricing-related reporting.

· Provide operational tools and support to Sales teams to enable effective market execution.

· Drive process standardization, simplification and adoption of pricing and BI tools.

· Strengthen cross-functional collaboration to ensure alignment between pricing, GTM strategy and customer needs.

· Provide market insights and support value-based pricing initiatives.

 

Required Experience

· 6–10 years of experience in Pricing, Commercial Finance, Sales Operations or Revenue Management.

· Proven experience managing price lists, discounts and pricing governance. Experience working with pricing tools, SAP or advanced analytics environments. Experience in Automotive or B2B distribution environments.

· Strong experience in forecasting, margin analysis and pricing performance monitoring.

· Solid experience working closely with Sales teams and supporting commercial execution.

· Advanced Excel skills and experience working with BI tools.

· Exposure to multinational organizations with centralized pricing governance.

· Fluent English required.
