Purpose of the Position
To sell the Company’s products and services through proactive telephone sales to specific customer segments, while managing key sales systems. To coordinate with the Sales HUB to drive cross-selling initiatives and positively impact the bottom line.
Responsibilities
- Outbound prospecting calls, and any other communication method, for sales growth to sell Company’s products and services
- Improvement of the Clients DB information: continuous and consistent update information in SAP and Sales net or any other CRM system
- To manage customers’ database accounts, to perform customer verification and process orders and possible requests and incidents
- All process should be a E2E process of order to cash. Interactive relationships with other departments.
- To keep records of customer insights and actions taken, including transactions, comments, inquiries and complaints. And the full delivery process.
- Coordinate visits of sales people to customers when is necessary to increases sales.
Qualifications and experience required
Education, Master's degree, other certifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree / Administrative o superior
- IT: experience (SAP, excel, teleconference, Teams, CRM, market inteligence)
Experience:
At least 4 years’ experience in Telemarketing Departments doing Active Selling through Outbound calls, or sales experience.
Languages:
- English.

- Business & sales / Telephone sales focus/ proactive Approach to issues
- Ability to communicate effectively, both in writing and during interactions
- Negotiating skills/ Closing the sale/ RDD and CDD negotiation
- Product knowledge and enough understanding to propose alternative valid technical alternatives.
