ABOUT THE ROLE

Objetivos de la Posición

Estamos buscando a un/a Delegado/a de Ventas en Consumo, que responderá directamente al Area Manager Consumer Norte. Se trata de un puesto ubicado en País Vasco.

 

Responsabilidades:

  • Logro de BGT de ventas en volumen TTL.
  • Logro de BGT de ventas en productos y segmentos estratégicos
  • Implementación de la política de ventas de Bridgestone South West Region.
  • Soluciones de movilidad, gestión de flotas de consumo.
  • Lograr BGT del canal First Stop (units & mix).
  • Coordinación entre los diferentes departamentos de Bridgestone para apoyar a los First Stop Partners en términos de logro de ventas, campañas de marketing, desarrollo comercial y negocio
  • Proponer y desarrollar planes de expansión de la red First Stop, coordinando con el Sales Manager regional y Retail Business Consultant.
  • Aplicar política de precios Bridgestone
  • Promociones de venta (Sell in & Sell Out).
  • Maximizar la venta de los productos Rich Mix apoyando el lanzamiento de nuevos productos.
  • Implementación de Value Solution Selling en su cartera de clientes como método de venta de valor.
  • Implementación del plan de visitas continuas.
  • Desarrollo de nuevos canales, clientes y prospección de mercado.

 

Requisitos:

  • Licenciatura/Grado/Diplomatura.
  • De 3 a 5 años de experiencia en ventas. Deseable experiencia en entornos multinacionales.
  • Deseable experiencia en el sector y familiaridad con el producto.
  • Conocimientos Lingüísticos: Inglés B2.
  • Manejo de Office 365.
  • Mentalidad comercial, orientación al cliente y a los resultados.
  • Capacidad de análisis y de desarrollo de planes de acción, seguimientos y toma de contramedidas.
  • Buen comunicador, interno y externo
  • Trabajo en equipo, colaboración y desarrollo conjunto de la unidad de negocio.
  • Disponibilidad para viajar.
