About the Role

Job purpose

Design and implement Trade Marketing strategies for Spain and Portugal, maximizing return on investment and brand visibility. Lead a high-performing team, ensuring the localization of global tools and the integration of digital solutions. Represent the region in EMEA forums, sharing and applying best practices.

This position reports to the SWR Head of Marketing and works in full coordination with the priorities of the Consumer and Commercial Business Units (BU), as well as BSEMEA Sales and Trade Marketing policies, with a regional scope covering Spain and Portugal.

Responsibilities:

  • Define and execute all Trade Marketing regional plans for Spain and Portugal both for Consumer and Commercial Products securing the right Return of Investment and maximum effectiveness of each activity.

 

  • Reinforce the brand presence and product visibility at POS with different packages by Channel/by Customer.

 

  • Localize EMEA sales enablement centrally created materials, tools, etc… ensuring the proper integration into regional marketing plans and sales actions

 

  • Manage the integration of Digital Tools for both supporting the promotional activity flows and ensuring a smooth customer journey.

 

  • Represent the region in all EMEA Trade Marketing forums, ensuring great alignment with HQ, maximizing additionally  the capture and sharing of relevant Best Practices.

 

  • Lead and manage a high-performing team in Spain and Portugal: Oversee daily operations, foster collaboration, and provide mentorship to ensure team members achieve their full potential while aligning with organizational goals.

 

Qualifications and Required Experience

Education, Máster, other qualifications: 

University degree in Marketing & Communication or University degree in Business  Management and Administration.

Experience:

8 years’ experience in Sales & Marketing preferably in Consumer Goods Industry and/or Automotive Industry.

Trade & Channel Marketing achievements proved.

Languages:

  • Spanish (native): written & spoken
  • English (advanced): written & spoken
