ABOUT THE ROLE

Munkakör célja:  Key Operátorként a gyár rework területén dolgozol.Fő feladatod a legyártott gumiabroncsok szemrevételezéses ellenőrzése, valamint a gyártás során keletkező apróbb felületi sérülések javítása, annak érdekében, hogy kizárólag minőségileg megfelelő, hibátlan termék kerüljön tovább a folyamatban. A munkakör kiemelt odafigyelést, precizitást és nagyfokú felelősségtudatot igényel, hiszen a vizuális ellenőrzés és javítás közvetlen hatással van a késztermék minőségére.

Főbb feladatok:

  • A gyártás során keletkező apró sérülések szakszerű javítása az előírások szerint
  • Hibák pontos jelölése és rögzítése az erre szolgáló rendszerben
  • Mintadarabok, ellenőrzési szempontok és minőségi szabványok követése
  • A selejtarány csökkentése aktív hibafelismeréssel és javítással
  • Az ellenőrző állomás és a munkaterület tisztán tartása
  • Munkavédelmi és biztonsági szabályok szigorú betartása (különösen fontos gumiipari környezetben)
  • Eltérések, problémák jelzése a közvetlen vezető felé

Végzettség:

  • minimum 8 általános iskolai végzettség

Tapasztalat:

  • Minőségellenőrzési vagy gyártási területen szerzett tapasztalat előnyt jelent
  • Rework, vizuális ellenőrzési tapasztalat szintén előny

Műszaki/ gyakorlati tudás:

  • Alapfokú számítógépes vagy adminisztrációs készség
  • Magas monotóniatűrés
  • Aprólékos, precíz munkavégzésre való képesség

Nyelvismeret:

  • nem igényel idegen nyelvi tudást
