ABOUT THE ROLE

Job Purpose
Bridgestone is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Regional Talent Acquisition Specialist to support our recruitment needs across the region.
This exciting opportunity is ideal for an experienced part-time recruiter who enjoys sourcing top talent, building strong stakeholder relationships, and delivering exceptional hiring experiences. The successful candidate will spend approximately 70% of their time responsible for end-to-end recruitment activities while also supporting broader talent and performance initiatives.

Responsibilities

Talent Acquisition:
•    Manage end-to-end recruitment for early career talent and experienced hires.
•    Partner with HR Business Partners and Hiring Managers to understand workforce requirements and execute effective recruitment strategies.
•    Facilitate role briefing sessions with hiring managers and HRBPS, and define candidate profiles, selection criteria, and recruitment plans.
•    Source candidates through multiple channels including Bridgestone Careers Portal, LinkedIn, employee referrals and industry professional networks.
•    Build and maintain talent pipelines for critical and hard-to-fill roles.
•    Conduct candidate screening interviews and preliminary assessments.
•    Conduct verification background checks
•    Maintain compliance with employment legislation, company policies, and diversity hiring practices.
•    Build regional talent communities and succession pipelines.
•    Maintain candidate databases and talent maps for future hiring needs.
•    Proactively provide recruitment status and reporting to the business. Monitor recruitment KPIs and conduct talent data analytics to identify trends, risks and opportunities

Talent Management:
•    Support regional execution of Talent & Performance processes.
•    Support internal mobility initiatives and career development activities.
•    Support regional teammate engagement initiatives.
•    Ensure data integrity across recruitment and talent processes.


Qualifications & Experience Required:
•    3+ years Talent acquisition experience (early career talent and experienced hires).
•    Proven success in sourcing and hiring talent across multiple disciplines.
•    Experience using ATS platforms; knowledge of SAP SuccessFactors will be an advantage.
•    Strong sourcing, networking, and stakeholder management skills.
•    Excellent communication and relationship-building capability.
•    Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume recruitment environment.
