Supply Planning Analyst

Job Purpose
We are looking for a Supply Planning Analyst reporting directly to the North Region Planning Manager. This is a local, based in Warwick, UK.
You will be working within the supply planning team for UK & Ireland to ensure optimal supply of finished goods supply to customers through collaborating with sales, customer service, logistics and central supply chain team; with the purpose of assisting the business achieve the top line while maintain healthy bottom line.
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with sales and demand planning teams to align forecast volumes.
- Work in tandem with logistics and central planning teams to ensure the proper replenishment of regional DCs.
- Regularly review finished goods stock availability to identify shortages and gaps, implementing strategies to address them.
- Proactively identify dormant stocks and take necessary actions to limit risk.
- Collaborate closely with P2P & Customer Service teams to exceed customer expectations on service.
Requirements:
- No specific degree is required. We welcome applicants from diverse educational and professional backgrounds, provided they can demonstrate strong analytical skills, a willingness to learn, and the ability to contribute effectively in a fast‑paced planning environment.
- Experience in an analytical or data‑driven role, with the ability to interpret insights and support operational decision‑making. We welcome applicants from a wide range of industries and backgrounds.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to make data-driven decisions.
- Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel, Power BI, PowerPoint.
- SAP or OMP knowledge is a plus.
