Online Performance Marketing Manager

We are seeking an experienced and driven Online Performance Marketing Manager to join our dynamic North Region team (based in the UK). As the Online Performance Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and optimising online marketing strategies that drive measurable results. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, and stay ahead of industry trends to ensure our online marketing efforts align with our business goals.
Responsibilities:
Develop and execute comprehensive online performance marketing strategies driving Bridgestone sales in the UK market through Bridgestone’s own digital presence as well as retailer online channels and e-commerce, including but not limited to SEM (Search Engine Marketing), SEO (Search Engine Optimisation), CRO (conversion rate optimisation), PPC (Pay-Per-Click), social media advertising, email marketing/marketing automation, and display advertising.
Collaborate with sales team and define road map to achieve growth in online sales for the UK market, providing hands-on online growth support with key accounts, driving a positive impact to our sales and in house shares of their online B2C channels.
Monitor and analyse key performance metrics, making data-driven decisions to continuously improve campaign performance and ROI.
Lead A/B testing and conversion rate optimisation initiatives to enhance user experience and maximize lead/sales generation.
Run on-line performance audits (SEO, CRO, Locations) for Bridgestone’s own and retailer online channels, influence and implement changes required to improve performance.
Lead customer research and user-testing where necessary.
Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging digital marketing technologies, sharing insights and recommendations with the team.
Oversee and manage the growth of Bridgestone B|Club affinity scheme
Manage Marketing Automation & CRM system, including development of plans and growth of database
Management of ‘store & share’ platform (based on AEM – Adobe Experience Manager content management platform) for brand and product assets publication to ensure the latest market relevant assets available and shared with retailers
Work with the communication, brand team and commercial marketing teams to develop compelling ad creatives (including video production and editing), landing pages, and other assets that align with our brand and drive engagement.
Manage relationships with external partners and customers (Bridgestone retailers) to ensure effective execution of Bridgestone marketing initiatives.
Represent UK & Ireland (consumer and commercial) on all EMIA Digital & E-commerce activity meetings, building strong collaborative relationships to ensure our market priorities are fully communicated and represented.
Budget management, forecasting, and reporting to track marketing spend and demonstrate the impact of marketing efforts on business growth.
Identify opportunities for expansion and growth, exploring new platforms and tactics to reach our target audience effectively and grow online sales.
Be a driving force for innovation in Bridgestone North Region
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
Proven experience (5+ years) in online performance marketing (ideally, ecommerce environment), with a track record of successful campaigns and measurable results (sales)
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, generate insights, and make data-driven decisions.
Proficiency in using and drive optimisation of online marketing tools such as Google My Business, Google Ads, Google Analytics, Sales Force, Canva, Semrush, AI tools, Meta/Youtube/Tik Tok Ads Manager, etc.
Experience with prompt engineering, fine-tuning, or similar techniques to control AI model output.
Ability to create, edit, publish and optimise content (copies, videos, images)
Excellent project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple campaigns and priorities simultaneously.
Creative thinker with the ability to generate innovative ideas.
Strong communication and presentation skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and clients (influence others)
Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently.
